Keep in touch!!!" and I would say "I will! You can count on that!" Then we would wave goodbey and before I'll remember to say "Thanks for letting me come over.I really appreciated it!" and she would say "No prob.You're welcomed to come any time!'' and then I would finally leave.

Ever since I can remember Mrs. Wilder has been my role model. I have read all her books, Little House in the Big Woods I read twice, Little House on the Prairie I read twice, Farmer Boy I read twice, On the Banks of Plum Creek I read three times, By the Shores of Silver Lake I read one time, The Long Winter I read four times, Little Town on the Prairie I read five times, These Happy Golden Years eight times, and The First Four Years I have read one time. And if she didn't mind telling me what they were. I also want to ask her how long it took her to write and publish her books. This is what I would do if I could spend a day with Laura Ingalls Wilder.
