Since our class read the book Holes and it is a very good book, we talk about that one a lot! Guess what --- it is also becoming a movie!!! I can't wait to see it. Well I have read Holes about 10 times and that is the book I talk about the most with friends! It's a good book and fun to talk about! I would recommend Holes 100%!!! So have you read Holes? If not, I would read it today!

At Fairmont Private School in Anaheim, the fifth graders talk about a lot of books. A few of the books and series of books are Midnight for Charlie Bone, Harry Potter and The Lord of the Rings. They talk about many more, but those are just a few.

Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings. OK, well I mostly talk about Lord of the Rings, and my friends hate me for that. But I know that I'm a Hobbit at heart!! But ya, all my friends are crazy for the boy with the lightning bolt scar, while I'm crazy for the Hobbit with the hairy feet. OK, I admit, I am a little crazy for the elf in the tights!!

The book that my friend and I talk about most of the time is the Harry Potter series by J.K Rowling. As for this series, each chapter is chock full of surprises, mystery, suspense, occasional terror as well as humor. There aren't any dull pages here. As for the plots, they fit together very beautifully.
