Mariel and her father Joseph for this seventh Redwall volume. Mariel
has been missing from Redwall Abbey for four seasons when one night
she appears in her father's dream and explains to him that she is
being kept prisoner by the evil Foxwolf Ugan Nagru.
Based on that dream, Joseph gathers a group of loyal friends --- including
Finnbarr Galedeep --- to sail south and mount a rescue. Upon arrival,
they find the vile Nagru has not only captured Mariel and her companions,
but the entire kingdom of Southward as well.
